This page covers the 3 Degrees Off Assessment at 3degreesoff.com, run by Bushong Performance Systems LLC ("we", "I").

What I collect

Your answers to the 10 statements and the optional note you write. Scoring happens in your browser.
Your first name and email, only if you choose to unlock the full read-out.
Basic usage data (pages viewed, which step of the assessment you reached, device and browser type) through Google Tag Manager and the analytics it loads.

How I use it

To show and email you your read-out, then send a short 3-email series and occasional letters. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To prepare for a Connect Call if you book one.
To improve the assessment, using aggregate results.

I don't sell or rent your information.

Who processes it

Email is handled by SendFox. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Bookings go through TidyCal. Analytics run through Google Tag Manager. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email at any time. To see, correct or delete what I hold about you, email info@bushongperformance.systems and I'll take care of it.

Your browser

Your most recent result is saved in your own browser (local storage) so you can come back to it. Clearing your browser data removes it.
